WE ARE ALL BIKERS
All members must be
considerate to other members, customers in the shop and to neighbouring
businesses. This includes speeding, stunts or unnecessary loud noise in or around
our shops.

We are all bikes no matter
what we ride. Woodrows is for everyone, a place for all members and visitors, a
safe space for all who share an interest in motorcycles.

We will not tolerate discrimination of any kind.

BE KIND
Our team at
Woodrow’s are there to make your experience as good as it can be. They work
hard, and we expect a lot from them. They are just as big a part of the
motorcycle world as you, most of them ride and all have a love of bikes, so if
you are rude, inappropriate or unkind in anyway, expect to be asked to leave,
or in severe cases, the police will informed.

PRIVACY
We will do all we
can to protect our member's privacy wherever they are in our public and private
spaces.

PARKING YOUR MOTORCYCLE
We shouldn’t have
to say this, but we expect everyone to park their motorbikes considerately and
ensuring there is enough room for other members and customers.

THE MEMBERS AREA
The members area is
for our members and their guests, however sometimes, non-members may wander in
and sit down. If the area is full, let us know and we will politely ask them to
move for you. Please don’t demand they leave by yourself, let the team deal
with it.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS YOURS AND ONLY YOURS
Membership is not transferable.
Members cannot pass their discounts or benefits to any third party, unless it
is part of their membership level. Membership cards cannot be lent to a friend
or partner, even if they ask really nicely.

MEMBERS RESPONSIBILITIES
On occasion,
Woodrows or its members may organise formal and informal meets and rides,
please be aware that you are solely liable for your own personal insurance,
safety and behaviour during any ride.

TERMINATION & REFUSAL

Woodrow’s reserve the right
to refuse or cancel membership without any reason being given.

Memberships can be
cancelled at any time, but we are unable to give partial refunds.

CLUBS, CUTS & COLOURS

At Woodrows we aim to create a hub for all types of bikers to come and enjoy, we welcome
everyone and have no affiliations with any groups, clubs or gangs.
